Operations Team - Anonymous employee Pack Health Employee Review

Unorganized, no training, job description and responsibilities listed during hiring are wrong and the employee is expected to be proficient in a number of skills outside the job description without proper training or education, dishonest management that communicates employee dissatisfaction with one another but not directly to the employee, employees opinions and concerns are not valued and dismissed. Individuals in management positions have been employed since the start of pack health and also the only people with a voice in the company. It is disheartening to hear individuals that started a company that has become so successfully continuously complaining or badmouthing other employees. I was deceived by Pack Health and treated unprofessionally and without respect.
