Pros
A very respectful culture where self respect is given foremost importance. All peers are friendly, collaborative and customer centric. Far much better than many local national companies.
Cons
Lacks career growth, personal development and growth, rigid and orthodox culture, seniority is given priority-performance is ignored, increment depends upon your relationship with senior, bonus does not reflect personal efforts during the year, policies does not match work requirement, new talent is discouraged against old school of thought, too much influence of few people at the top, very few number of trainings and foreign tours, lack of direction and vision.
