      There are no Pros to this company

      Cons

      Micro-management. Can never be consistent with direction/plan. Poor communication skills. Owners more interested in new Porsche than working conditions. Told if employees are cold they are not working hard enough. So hot in plant owners unwilling to provide water to employees until OSHA received a complaint.

      Pros

      The company has been growing and investing in education for the employees. Their training has improved since I started in 2012. They are willing to listen to anyone who has an idea. Last employer didn't have the open communication like such.

      Cons

      Moves fast and can be long days which has been hard sometimes.
