      They are the number 1 ShoreTel provider and take good care of their customers. Easy to sell when the company takes good care of their customers.

      Cons

      Irvine office is a branch. Not enough love from the management, which is in northern california

      Pros

      The company is built around the success of its sales force as it should be. Company parties, presidents clubs, and a great commission plan. If you can build a solid pipeline and maintain it, you'll be making money and be around people who all share your mindset for success. The President of the company also carries a bag. He is out actively on appointments and still brings in many of the high profile sales. He is an incredible person to watch in action and learn from.
