Pros
The company is built around the success of its sales force as it should be. Company parties, presidents clubs, and a great commission plan. If you can build a solid pipeline and maintain it, you'll be making money and be around people who all share your mindset for success.
The President of the company also carries a bag. He is out actively on appointments and still brings in many of the high profile sales. He is an incredible person to watch in action and learn from.
