Pros
Remote, good technical people doing the actual work. Current C level trying to bail them out, and seem to be trying, but its like using a bucket with a huge hole in the bottom.
Cons
Previous Management at C level (prior to V.E.) and Digital Alpha are dumpster fires of the highest caliber. They care nothing about their employees at all. They have laid people off via furlough as much as possible so as not to have to give severance. They were finally forced to provide severance because they laid off so many people. Meanwhile previous C level (again prior to V.E.) got a huge payout and now is in the process of burning down another US company in the telcom space. DA would sell their own family to the lowest bidder if they could get their investment back it seems, that's how little they care. Horrible company, do not go there if for some crazy reason someone offers you a position there.
