Pros

WFH flexibility, no micro-management, work-life balance

Cons

Very poor HR team and management. There is close to no management in the company. Do not expect to get to know or bond with your co-worker. Nobody is meeting anybody, not even online. HR team is extremely unreasonable and they will not accommodate special needs. It almost feels like they are lazy in doing their job and they only care how much work you can offer without even trying to be nice. Supervisors are harsh and very direct. It feels like they think they have power trip over you. No thank you, no greeting, just orders of how work should be done. Management in this company is a mystery. You won't know your boss, company history, background, or anything like that. Just got paid and get your work done. No vision of future career path.
