      Pros

      Pact one offers a work/life balance, all the tools to do my job, and allows me to serve my clients and community in a way that no other company can match. Fair pay, health/vision/dental care, 401k, education assistance, pays for certifications.

      Cons

      Health care package could be better for dependents (although employees healthcare is virtually paid for).

      Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technicians.

      Cons

      Company changes policies and procedures on the fly without notice or input from key departments knowledge.

      Good Training institute for fresher

      They said they will provide job after training but this was a training institute , not a company. they doesnot provide any job
