Experienced LO’s Beware - Mortgage Loan Officer Paddio Employee Review

There was no plan or entry to hiring experienced LO’s and getting them on teams and letting them execute their jobs. There certainly were an extensive amount of hoops though. It’s just a call center with a little bit better lighting and a ping pong table? Spoke to 1 out 100 people that I called as the leads were recycled over and over…and over. And if there was a question asked about how to get access to fresher or more qualified leads, it was a rinse and repeat answer of “those are for people on teams-you get to a team by completing pre-qual letters-you complete Pre-Qual letters by speaking with people on off hours-but you can’t work those hours because there isn’t a trainer here to make sure that you’re doing it correctly-rinse and repeat…at least there’s ping pong.
