Pros

The fellow teachers were really amazing people. Support was given in teaching method, supplemental material, advice by peers and managers. Quarter system, and change of classes. New and creative programs for the children

Cons

The compensation was hourly and was not adjusted to classes with heavier homework load, in class assignments. Last minute curriculum changes, less consistency, mistakes due to short life time of programs. Less input accepted from teachers, and more CEO influence. Strayed from true core of the company. Upper management can be stubborn and inflexible to teachers needs to improve classroom experience.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere and supportive managers for the most part. The pay was fair for the work I did. Co-workers were very, very nice and we all got along.

Cons

I did have one manager that I repeatedly raised an issue with. I outlined the problem in detail, advised possible solutions and the potential consequences if changes weren't made. The manager knew I had been in the field for longer than most. The manager kept telling me 'not to worry about it, it happens all the time.' We ended up losing several customers because the problem was ignored.

Pros

The classes rotate every 3 months, so you have some flexibility with your schedule if you would like to fit in other stuff.

Cons

The management varies with each branch, but overall, the original vision of Paedea went south over the years. Management became super micromanaging to a point of lunacy. Yearly pay raise is super stingy, and while there are no additional benefits or incentives, teachers are expected to work longer and harder.
