      Pros

      *Probably one of the best places I’ve worked at! People are really smart and ambitious but also supportive. I feel we all genuinely believe in the company’s mission and want to build a great product to help couples maintain healthy and happy relationships. * Flexible working and really fun people to work with. * There are lots of opportunities for growth especially as we scale. * Leadership/execs clearly communicate the company goals and vision while welcoming feedback from all.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of really. It’s a fast growing company but Paired is a new type of product/new habit for couples. Making relationship care a thing is fun but can be challenging!

      All virtual which can lead to some disconnection from the team, although this is moderated by tri-yearly team coworking weeks

      Pros

      -Fresh ideas are listened to and acted on -It's rewarding and meaningful to work on the topic of relationships -For a remote company, Paired does a great job of making everyone feel connected and part of the bigger team -Employees are all brilliant, but also kind. Everyone is at the top of their game, and they are a great bunch of people to learn from.

      Cons

      -6pm finish can be tricky for parents
