It is a big organization with almost 5000 employees working for them and its reputation as a company is good in public perception because of its electronic good like Refrigerators and Air Conditioners
Cons
It has a very negative environment in EPC department here leg pulling, taking credit for others work and under mining others is a common thing. Also the job here is really insecure.
