Pros
Great environment to work in - supportive managers and coworkers. There is great culture which overall makes coming into work and the job a lot more enjoyable.
Cons
At the end of the day the company is still a start up so there are a lot of constant changes within the process - while it isn't necessary a con it might not be ideal for someone who does not like change and has a hard time adapting to new processes.
