Pros
Company is aligning it business strategies worldwide which will allow for better streamlined processes, customer experience and product portfolio. It is a large and significant change for many of the locations but one that will benefit everyone in the long run. While change is never easy, progress and new direction is needed to win in this competitive market
Cons
Many legacy processes still exist and the integration and changes make things difficult at times. Communication is not a strong suite here either
