      great work environment, open schedule, exciting projects. Great staff and offices. cutting edge technology

      communication could be a little better. Yearly performance reviews would be nice.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and upper management that allows you to make decisions. Excellent Customer Service policy. Work/Life balance tips on the Life side allowing you to stay focused on workload.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement. Management could be more upfront with state of the company

      Good people, challenging projects, generally hard working folks, very family friendly, All in all a wonderful environment

      Cons

      Lack of growth, high turnover of staff Business couldn't catch any breaks, tough market, products were too niche, bad account receivables.
