      Great things are always happening within the company walls and there is room for advancement for some.

      Cons

      Things are always happening inside the company walls and therefore you can never be sure of what u are moving towards as it may not be there in 30 days. and you may be out of a job .

      Pros

      Great promotion opportunities. I was able to design my own career path, set goals and create my own next position. Not the situation for every body - but was great for me.

      Cons

      Went through a lot of transition and ownership changes during and after my time there. I hope its still the same great place to work.
