Pros
Really great people on teams across all departments. Solid engagement of staff - fun commitee, activities after work, etc. Good comradery. Nice office space with a beautiful view. Free snacks and seltzer. Competitive pay. Good funding.
Cons
Leadership lacks the empathy and charisma to run a growing tech company. You don't feel a passion going into work everyday.. more like a fear that someone in leadership might snap at you! Moral is often low. Noticeable employee churn across some departments over the last 6+ months. CTO is over his head as a leader. He's a smart guy with a great vision but not equiped to run a company.
