They wasted my time! - Online English Teacher Panda ABC Employee Review

I went through the long process of becoming a teacher with Panda ABC. Interviews, training, mock classes, etc. The thing is I had to start work 2 months after I got the job WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT. But I think they must have forgotten about me as when I started teaching I had no classes for 2 weeks. Then I was given "notice of pended employment due to the teaching department optimisation". What a joke! They obviously forgot about me and over hired during their recruitment phase so there were not enough students for me. What a huge waste of time! Doubt they will pay me for any of it either. There are much better companies to work for that also pay you standby time and give you easy to achieve bonuses.
