- very open to different employee situations (geographical locations, childcare needs, medical needs etc.) - they encourage and assist employees who want to learn new skills - decent salaries relative to market expectations - great offices for on-site staff - a very inclusive work environment

- still some early-startup teething issues, but improving as the company grows
