There were no benefits besides the thought that I was going to help a company create an all electric jet.

Do not work here. Management makes sure that someone has to take heat even if the problem was caused by management. Communication from management to the rest of the staff was non existent. We were expected to read their minds and work literal magic. What do I mean by work magic? We had to take a plane from a 3D modeling software and build it in just 2 months. Yup that's as much time as we had. Two months to build a plane. There were only about 10 of us working on the project and only 5 that were in Heber. When we told management that the timeline was unreasonable, we were called doubters, toxic, unbelievers and morons. When someone finally took a stand, they supposedly 'quit' within the week. My first few months of working there, over 7 people 'quit'. Every time there was a setback, even if it was a major one, management would only push the date back a week or two. They kept saying, oh don't worry I know the whole plan, the plane will be built soon, but then when I would ask for specifics, they would get mad saying that's not my job. Even though it was my job to help build the plane. Do you think that it is possible to build a plane with just a hobby 3D printer, carbon fiber, and a hobby CNC machine? We were given bad tools, we had no direction, we only had 5 people physically there to work, and we had 2 months and no plan or communication. Yet we were the ones who got yelled at, literally yelled at and threatened to lose our jobs, when anything was delayed. Management is focused primarily on raising more and more funding. That was it. Even though we had a small team trying to do the impossible, we could not interrupt the meetings that they were having with investors even though production had to stop because we had no idea what was going on. It was unorganized, sloppy, and everyone that worked there felt demoralized. For the longest time, I have been afraid to write a review about this place because I did not want it getting traced back to me. I am terrified that if they find out that I wrote this about them, that they will try to humiliate and destroy me. No one should be afraid of a previous work environment. When my current boss wants to talk to me, I begin to panic. If my boss tells me that I did a good job, I wait to hear the catch. Currently writing this review is giving me flashbacks and anxiety. Panhwar Jet was the worst place to work and I am still trying to recover from that hell. Be careful. Some people in management are very charismatic and charming. It can be easy to think that this review is from just some weirdo on the internet trashing a startup company. Trust me, this was a very real reality. My personal self worth was attacked at this place. Obviously I am not going to get into specifics about who said what, but if you choose to pick up a job at this company, don't stop looking for employment. After a few months of working at Panhwar Jet, you will see everything that I am saying. Unless a lot has changed, and I mean a lot, I would avoid this company even if it was the last company hiring. Avoid this place like it has the plague.
