      Pros

      Really not too many, to be honest. I suppose that it could be said that they have for the most part some decent superintendents that actually do some good work. But in the office where I am there really isn't too much good that can be said.

      Cons

      Arrogant senior management in Oakland, lack of care and concern for "the employees", absenteeism on the part of management and administration, low salary scale except of course for the so-called "partners." So much worse in virtually every way than almost every other general contractor in Northern California.

      Great benefits. Good pay. Smart team.

      Cons

      work hard, play hard environment. Can be seen as good and bad depending on the person. I like it.

      Pros

      They push you to your limit without over stretching and let you go at a pace which does not overwhelm someone. Great balance of work and life.

      Was in the office most of my intern experience.
