      They pay well and the product is truly amazing (when fabricated without quality issues)

      Cons

      The management is subpar at best. They have no idea what they are doing, lying is the standard, there is little to no training, things change without notice/rhyme/reason, communication is a novelty, certain people are dishonest and manipulative, and the overall value system is nothing but disgraceful.
