No cons that I can think of

- Multinational exposures: You are constantly exposed to the latest movements in the GenAI space and deployments in the real world scenarios. Our team is always traveling to deploy solutions. - Large clients: all projects we worked with are very noticeable enterprises and public companies. - Constantly learning and proprietary: I often was being encouraged to develop our own ways to solve problem. Not re-inventing the wheel kind but aiming to optimize and efficient our code and models - Happy workplace: Helpful team and boss that try to manage the work life balance for us with happy hours and activities.

- Not sure if it's a con, but if you are not having a startup mindset it is a challenge. Everyone is a contributor here to innovate. If you are expecting a routine coding monkey job it is definitely not for you. - not enough public exposure: think the company can showcase a bit more on social media how much we have done on the back to push the GenAI movement forward. Then it can explain why we are always so busy.
