Our goal at PaperPlane is to create a work culture and promote values like personal responsibility, transparency, achievement, and pride in the work each of us does, individually, and collectively. We encourage each PaperPlaner to develop a drive to do better the next day, every day! Similarly, we will take these insights and introspect on how to avoid such an experience for current and future PaperPlaners. Our design and agile development process is structured to promote predictability, quality, and good communication through the project lifecycle. This process has evolved over the past decade as we shifted our focus to work with global brands.
