Pros
Growth is in your hand, I work in NY office and have seen this company grew in the last 3 years. The best thing is they invest back into employees, better medical insurance, they started doing 401k, Fair increments on an annual basis, if not semi-annual
Cons
Nothing which is a critical or red signal. If you are not multi-task and can't juggle multiple clients at the same time this may not be for you.
