      If you want to work under a favouritism environment this is the best company you will ever get. Managers and team leaders enjoy when you work for 16 hours a day.

      Cons

      No increment no bonus they will eat your leave pay. They make you work 16 hours a day. They will terminate you whenever their needs are fulfilled.
