Wonderful, reliable online document-management system, which is ever-refining based on editor feedback. Effective profit-sharing model incentivizes both editing quality and editing speed. Editors are very well supported by a team of CSRs and senior editors, who address both well-founded and unfounded client complaints accordingly. Management has always been responsive and understanding of scheduling issues and other matters.
Cons
Due to the nature of the work, the workload fluctuates with the college semester, and so this fluctuation is reflected on the paycheck. During the slow season, you may need to look elsewhere to supplement your income.
