Pros

I had the privilege of being part of the team at Paperform for 3.5 years and I can't say enough about what an incredible experience it was. The founders are two of the smartest, kindest, and most impressive people I’ve ever met — and the talented team they’ve managed to build alongside them is a testament to the strength of their vision. While every employer brags about the elusive work-life balance, Paperform is one of the few places I’ve worked where they really walk the walk. They’ve managed to strike that rare balance between creating an environment that is both nurturing and challenging. I loved coming into work everyday and walked away having grown immensely on both a personal and professional level. The team is full of empathetic and hard-working people who come together to make rational decisions and produce exceptional work. It also helps that the product itself is epic and solves real problems for its customers. If you’re considering working at Paperform, don’t think twice — just go for it. You won’t regret it.

Cons

I genuinely have nothing bad to say.

Pros

- Some of the best colleagues I've ever had. - The most supportive management I've ever had. - Technical wizards! - Business savvy yet people focused. - Career progression. - Loads of learning opportunities. - Lovely customers. - Great tech stack. - Help whenever you need it. - Pay competitive. I'd absolutely recommend Paperform to anyone as a place to work. You'll love it!

Cons

Genuinely can't think of any. They're constantly growing and improving so you'll need to keep up to date with changes. That's a pro for me but perhaps something to keep in mind if you're not used to the startup vibe!
