Pros

There really are not any.

Cons

The product is clunky and buggy. Leadership is inexperienced and building the wings as they fly. Challenges and difficulty are contrived and owed to poor vision. Easy to end up ostracized if you don’t capitulate to their demands of being “gritty” i.e., being 24/7 available. These glowing reviews are a reflection of the cultish culture, not the reality of working there

Paperless Parts Response
2y
As a startup navigating a difficult economy in an industry that has just begun to embrace software solutions, there are times when we will need to make decisions quickly and based on limited information. However, our focus on company level shared goals, supporting our customer's needs and operating precisely to plan has helped to lower these instances. With hundreds of customers, below industry standard churn numbers and excellent onboarding progress, we're quite confident that our product will continue to emerge as a standard system of work in our industry. Work life balance is a shared responsibility between employees and companies - while we love to be gritty (eg we dive into the hard work, even if its not pretty!) there is not an expectation to be available 24/7 in any group. We want our employees to rest in the way that they feel is most meaningful to them and provide multiple resources and benefits to do just that.

Pros

Autonomy & Skill Development: Management deeply trusts you to own projects. If you find a technical gap or a tool that needs updating, you are given the autonomy to figure it out and run with it. Supportive Mentorship: Leadership is incredibly supportive, helping you transition from daily execution into a strategic partner while providing a safe environment to learn complex workflows. Impact-Driven Culture: You aren't just a cog in a machine; your day-to-day work directly impacts customer satisfaction and scales internal team workflows.

Cons

Fast-Paced Prioritization can be Tricky: Because the team moves quickly and encourages you to take on new initiatives, it can sometimes be a balancing act to manage client requirements while piloting new workflows.

Pros

We solve a highly impactful problem in a really cool industry that is critical to the success of our country. It is really exciting to work here, and we have a solution that knocks people's socks off. Our executive team deeply cares and is very transparent. If you are a go-getter and willing to roll up your sleeves, you can be very successful here. There is a lot of flexibility in the sales organization regarding how you balance and manage your time if you are hitting your number. We have all the tools we need to be successful, including some of the top sales productivity tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and more.

Cons

This is not a company where you can clock in and out of a 9-5. The entire company culture is all about being gritty and figuring out problems proactively. It's expected that everyone is highly productive, which allows us to scale with a lean and mean team. Not the right fit for many people in that regard. It's a complicated solution to sell and involves a deep understanding of the industry. The personas we sell to are also difficult (think old-school, salt of the earth, blue-collar workers). This can be challenging for folks to ramp quickly, as we are not yet a mature enough company to have very robust training and enablement for new hires.
