Would not Recommend working for this group - Catering Sales Manager Paradigm Hotels Group Employee Review

This is not a 9-5 job and expectations are high. But here’s key difference between this job and other corporate jobs: the people here not only want you to succeed, but will do everything in their power to help you succeed. Every company raves about flexibility, but this is a company that actually follows through on its promises. I previously worked at Fortune 500 companies and am familiar with the difficulty of navigating corporate politics. My favorite part about Paradigm: every team member plays a integral role in the company and the CEO makes that known. I originally came to this company thinking it would be a short-term endeavor, and now - three years in - I’m so thankful that I joined.

It can annoying when everyone is in the office and all the designated parking spots are filled. Two-hour street parking is not your friend! Corporate office a somewhat removed from the downtown area - it’s easy miss the hustle and bustle of working in downtown SF.

do not recommend working for this company, the hotels are running on skeleton staffing and it is very challenging.

lean operations, even in the full service hotels, culture is non-existent, no support on site from the corporate team off site.
