toxic workplace - Consultant Paradigm Strategy Employee Review

Hey, this is Joelle Emerson. I really value your feedback here. We're always striving to improve, and the more feedback we get from everyone on the team, the better we'll be. I completely agree that I have room to improve in effectively communicating a vision - it's something I'm working on and will continue to commit to. Our vision and mission are so exciting! I know that's why everyone on our team is here, and it's on me to make sure that continues to come across in everything we do. While our Partners do have quite a bit of management experience (the two managing partners have led teams for years, and both have experience growing and leading teams before joining Paradigm), the fact that this doesn't feel apparent is helpful for us to know and something we can improve on. I'd love to hear more about the decisions that have made consultants' jobs harder - that's definitely the opposite of what we're trying to do, and I'd love to see if we can fix it!
