      Pros

      $18 per hour. Upper staff somewhat friendly.

      Cons

      The commission is $50. Depends on who hires you will depend what you can get away with. If one of the owners thinks you're attractive, you are good to go. Their is little to no accountability. When you ask the managers to meet with you in regards to concerns they will continue to blow you off.

      Corporate office loves to have lunch so if they are ever on site you get lunch..

      If signing into almost 20 different software's EVERYDAY is something you think is fun, then then this is the job for you! Think I'm kidding? Ill list them: - Rent mananger - Spherex -NTN -Docuverse -Bluemoon -Call Max -I love leasing - Interanet portal - Click & Comply -Avid -RMU - Payscore -Tour 24 - Gracehill - Foxen -Craigslist -Perq * Oh, and if you miss logging in, then you will be written up. * The kicker is that they have no HR so if you had any complaints or questions there was no one to help.
