      Pros

      The people you work with are highly motivated and smart. The culture values helping each other and contributing to shared success. People are very open and willing to help no regardless of what team you may be on or how long you have been at the company.

      Cons

      Leadership is sometimes disconnected from the details of whats happening on the ground and sometimes too prescriptive about the details of how certain things should be done.

      Pros

      The people here genuinely care about the mission and it shows through how they they show up! The Leadership team is also very impressive in how they can all tactically dive into the work and be more than simply "people managers". If you're excited about building this place has a TON of green-field to work with.

      Cons

      The startup world is not for everyone. If you like working within a lot of structure with everything being clearly defined, then this is NOT the place for you.
