Multitasking, coordinating with different departments, I learned a lot! I was able to work independently, no micro-managing. Good pay and pretty good benefits.

A few dysfunctional employees that don't get fired no matter how many mistakes they make! Management talks about making changes that never happen. Not very many paid holidays.

- Most of the staff is friendly enough - Neat labels come through the presses - Nice location

- The worst passive aggressive superiors I have ever felt with - Promises not kept or the opposite would occur - Titles and job descriptions have nothing to do with your actual work - Hostile working environments including yelling, creaming, doors slamming and blatant favoritism - No reviews or feedback on work performance - All inquiries in any dept are met with annoyance and hostility - No training information, introductions or hierarchy call chain. By the time I departed the role, I still didn't know all the employees names or their job titles.
