Multitasking, coordinating with different departments, I learned a lot! I was able to work independently, no micro-managing. Good pay and pretty good benefits.

A few dysfunctional employees that don't get fired no matter how many mistakes they make! Management talks about making changes that never happen. Not very many paid holidays.

No raises in 7 years. Emotional & irrational owner who yells and places blame before understanding the situation. Terrible personal and business ethics. A "blame-game" culture where finding out "who done it" is more important than solving the problem. The owners treat employees very rudely as if they are beneath them. The company shuts down over the holidays and employees are expected to use their vacation time or go unpaid for that week.
