None that I can think of!!

1. The collegial atmosphere is so fantastic that one often forgets we are independent contractors. 2. Our management is experienced, compassionate and straight-shooting. 3. The support is phenomenal - from the marketing department to the real estate assistants, there is help at every level. 4. No doubt as a result of the highly professional agents who are here, the brand is respected, which helps as you build a solid business in SF. 5. Patrick Carlisle, Paragon's market guru. You would be crazy to work anywhere Patrick isn't. Find him, learn from him, implement his new agent strategy, and success is nearly guaranteed.

Like any great company, there will be growing pains. I believe Paragon is having some now, but because management is capable of both introspection and even humility, I have no doubt they will continue to do great things.
