Pros

Coworkers are all very brilliant and passionate people to work with. It’s one of the few reasons people stay longer than they should. No one wants to abandon their amazing team members.

Cons

Senior Leadership Team doesn’t know what they’re doing, and is responsible for the current struggles of Paragon. Work laptops and are underpowered, forcing less than optimal workflow productivity. We don’t have the necessary software licenses to do work seamlessly. Paragon is always touting their benefits and compensation, but is not as competitive as other firms. ESOP program is a joke. CEO’s communication/PR skills are lacking. Business Development VP lacks vision and contemporary marketing skills. Our managers are really great, but are overworked and undertrained. Senior leaders don’t take advantage of more “current” and impact-making opinions of their employees.

Pros

Good projects lined up, good work/life balance, decent office, everyone is polite and friendly to work with, work is really interesting, niche products that everyone needs.

Cons

Sometimes at the mercy of NASA decision-making which is slower than molasses, lots of employee turnover, too many green space-engineers who don't know the ins/outs of real engineering, can't plan ahead more than 6 months, design methods need to be improved.

Pros

Coworkers were the best. Technology was interesting and provided lots of opportunities to learn and gain unique experiences.

Cons

Extremely demanding and unorganized. Lots of changes in management and policy. Poor financial management and mediocre salary.
