      Pros

      Pay is good for how little we are required to do

      Cons

      Management all the way up is incompetent. Always understaffed which leads to mandatory overtime on a regular basis Almost no consequences for lousy employees that are always late or call off. Communication is terrible. How hard is it to notify an employee that they're going to get held over for 4 hrs?

      Pros

      Under leadership at the time, transparency was refreshing. Leadership with open doors, encouraged fresh ideas and engagement, extraordinary team building efforts. Positive and forward thinking on all levels. Strong support oriented. All for one and one for all attitudes. Recognized that growth and impact included accomplishments as well as lessons learned. Celebrated all teams and team members.

      A little top-heavy with regards to senior and executive staff. Some clicks and favoritism. Some disconnect regarding "right person-right position".
