Pros

Occasional free meal for the employees. VERY occasional.

Cons

Where to begin.. The company is run by an amateur “boy” who seems to only think with what’s in his pants when it comes to hiring female staff. Praises himself for being on the apprentice and running the “best call centre in Leeds” when in reality it’s underpaid staff who are manipulated into believing the salary they’re on is acceptable before “probation” ends. Even when staff are paid the bare minimum, they still receive less than what they are owed when it comes to payday. If you try to question your salary you are told the bonus’ make up for it and to perform better. Let’s also just say there’s been numerous of female employees who have complained about the director here being inappropriate with them and favouriting certain women by offering a higher salary to get what he wants. This place is a very TOXIC environment and plenty of staff have decided to leave for the sake of their mental health.

Pros

Working at Parallel Partnerships has been an incredible experience. The environment is high-energy, goal-oriented, and perfect for anyone who thrives in a performance-driven culture. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, especially across both B2B and B2C campaigns. What truly sets this company apart is the leadership. Our CEO, Keir, is not only a brilliant strategist but a true role model. He leads with integrity, passion, and a genuine interest in seeing his team grow. His door is always open, and he consistently motivates us to push past limits while maintaining a positive and respectful workplace. It’s rare to find someone at the top who is this involved and inspiring.

Cons

As with most telemarketing roles, the pace can be intense and the targets demanding. However, the team support and leadership make it manageable and even motivating.
