Pros

Only pros are the colleagues you get to meet.

Cons

Working at this company has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The management is utterly incapable of making sound decisions, and their inability to lead effectively has left the organization in disarray. Promises made during the hiring process, including critical benefits outlined in employment contracts, are blatantly ignored. They'll promise you health insurance and remove it for months on end on a whim, with bi-monthly "Insurance policy is confirmed!" emails that means absolutely nothing. Here's what you can expect here: - Overinflated title and frequent promotions for the most incompetent figures in the company - Zero long term vision for the direction of the business - Late/ non-payment of wages - No Insurance Policy (Despite what they might tell otherwise) - Bonus equivalent to a grand total of $0.00 - Toxic Leadership - LOW morale - Sterile office with office furnitures from the lowest bidders - Zero upward mobility, expect your boss to be your biggest gatekeeper People leaving in droves or staying only out of necessity. Yet the management team is absolutely tone-deaf to morale hitting rock bottom and fly off to Hong Kong for personal trips during hard times.

Pros

Learning extends across job scope, hence i was able to be exposed to more than what i expected Collaborative engineers who works with each other well to see projects through.

Cons

Plenty of cons that this list cannot cover: - Cutting of benefits with no replacement (eg medical and dental benefits basically zero even though contract promised) - Culture is worst at best, management don’t care about employees morale, but assumed once a blue moon bubble tea treat would fix it - Throwing employees under the bus when problem arises, even though i feel said employee did what was expected of him/her - Overpromise of projects, saying its cutting edge etc, but the delivered product just fizzles off and seem like someone’s side hustle - Late/no payment of salary and CPF - Management have “idealistic” direction for the company, but after all the years it just seems like a lost sheep - Management likes to give “raises” to employees to reward them for performance, but what is a raise if you don’t receive your salary at the end of the month.
