The World's Worst company to work for - Manager ParamInfo Employee Review

Not even a single reason to work for this company. We can call it as a family business to spoil the employees future. They stop the salaries without any notice. if we are absent on the salary processing date, forget on getting the salary... They will deduct the TAX with out any prior notice and they say it as company norms. The old man sitting in the office is the main culprit.. for 1000 sft open space we have 12 CCTV to watch 12 employees, we are not supposed to get up from our seats and not even for washroom, their as instances like asking us why you going for washroom for so many times. lot more to say...
