Pros
Work/Life balance - They are very proactive with spending time outside of the office. During the summer season we get every other Friday off and there is always an event where you can bring children. Benefit - The benefits are pretty good and rarely do you hear about premiums increasing or getting less than prior years. Dress code - Unless you're in finance or sales, you can wear jeans and dress down most of the time.
Cons
There are opportunities, but unfortunately most of them go to friends of friends or relatives. The company should support more of its own employees.
