Business Outlook
Pros
- Learned a lot in streaming and gained tons of experience - Flexible work schedule - Decent starting pay (but doesn’t keep up)
Cons
- Was told several times by managers and directors that we would have promotions since we were now doing the jobs of both International and Domestic teams (we didn’t) - We see at most a 3% merit raise in our pay every year despite several teams being laid off - Managers see increased effort being done but they just say there isn’t anything they can do - We’re all extremely burnt out and underpaid
