      Stable hours, some teams are better than others

      Cons

      Weird culture; a bit of a "boy's club". The management believes employees should be grateful for being employed there, and at times it feels like stress is being manufactured on purpose. Bonus is close to non-existent, so make sure to negotiate base salary with that in mind.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy. Tons of written standards that must be adhered to, which is better than some fly by the seat of your pants PM groups use. PGI promotes from within.

      Cons

      Very slow to replace support personnel who leave or get promoted up. Senior management makes a fair amount of last minute fires / busy work.
