      fun work atmosphere and that is all

      Cons

      there are a lot of out of pocket cost . they expect you to pay for gas and put mileage on your own vehicle with out reimbursement, your outside all day, commission only pay and clients have 3 weeks to cancel so expect many cancellations and lost commission, 6 day work week no benefits, training is unpaid, no base pay

      Stable hours, some teams are better than others

      Cons

      Weird culture; a bit of a "boy's club". The management believes employees should be grateful for being employed there, and at times it feels like stress is being manufactured on purpose. Bonus is close to non-existent, so make sure to negotiate base salary with that in mind.
