Pros

You'll have hardworking and helpful colleagues who are incredibly talented. They attempt to create a fun culture but the work culture that's propogated by the co-founder conteracts it all.

Cons

Lady founder is emotional, blows hot and cold when she responses. She does not communicate her expectations clearly and is later used against you. She creates drama and gossip amongst team members and instill fear when interacting with her. Thus everyone is constantly trying to do anything to please her and it's a be liked or be gone. Few employees stay for long and when there are dismissals, they are hidden and carefully directed to seem as if it was not a dismissal.

Pros

-They stink -They stink hard -They stink so hard you can literally do your work in 3 minutes a day

Cons

-Incompetent C Level executives -They are so unaligned with the market and their product -Some of the worst leaders I have ever worked with -5 VP of sales in North America in a year. -Don't worry about being great at your job, you will still be laid off -Arne, Steve, and Dana are 3 inept peas in a pod. -Go to market strategy is like a kid trying to color in a coloring book who is colorblind and armless -Working here is taking a step nay a leap back in your career
