      Pros

      I've been fortunate to work for a number of startups in the Bay Area. The Pared team is an exceptional group of individuals, all friendly and passionate about the work we're doing to serve the professionals of the restaurant industry. The welcoming culture makes it fun to come to work each day. And like most fledgling startups, there is absolutely room to define your destiny and work on some of the business' key challenges to drive results.

      Cons

      Honestly, not much to complain about. Perhaps the very qualities that make it rewarding - like tackling some of the business' key challenges- require a willingness to put up with the mundane or tedious tasks in the meantime. The company is still young enough at this time that some things require some manual work as we work out further automation and/or formal process to streamline. So just be ready for that!

      There really aren't any good things about this company.

      You are basically a scab in the eyes of employees who will be managing you and working with you. I was given instructions by a worker who was training me, and that led to me being sent home with reduced pay. I spoke to the pared staff on the phone about this, and they blamed me for the situation and made saracstic remarks. I never worked for them again and deleted the app.
