      Pros

      Great product! The SF office is in a great location. Pared has a very smart and diverse team working together to solve a real problem. I really enjoyed going to work everyday when I was at Pared. It’s rare but I did not encounter one person that I didn’t enjoy working with here. Everyone is very supportive and works well together.

      Cons

      There are always cons everywhere you go. No workplace it 100% perfect and Pared is no exception. I think the biggest thing that could be improved is making sure that communication and culture is strong and consistent amongst all locations. This is always being worked on, but could always stand to improve.

      There really aren't any good things about this company.

      Cons

      You are basically a scab in the eyes of employees who will be managing you and working with you. I was given instructions by a worker who was training me, and that led to me being sent home with reduced pay. I spoke to the pared staff on the phone about this, and they blamed me for the situation and made saracstic remarks. I never worked for them again and deleted the app.
