Pros

- Great place to start a sales/marketing career if you don't have experience - Convenient location in heart of Midtown Manhattan, close to Penn and GCT - Genius product hopping on the growing trend of gig economy workers

Cons

- Turnover at Pared is like a restaurant. Revolving door of management, trainees, and account managers. - You don't get leads, you call lists that are scraped from websites. Leads will only go to more senior members of the staff. You're going to get a lot of bad info and have to sift through it yourself, cutting into your KPI time. - There is very little flexibility in the workday. You either reach 120 minutes on the phone or you'll hear about it. - No lunch breaks, hope you like eating at your desk!

Pros

There really aren't any good things about this company.

Cons

You are basically a scab in the eyes of employees who will be managing you and working with you. I was given instructions by a worker who was training me, and that led to me being sent home with reduced pay. I spoke to the pared staff on the phone about this, and they blamed me for the situation and made saracstic remarks. I never worked for them again and deleted the app.
