Be prepared to wear multiple hats. Not necessarily a “con” but it will be challenging at times.

I consider myself lucky to be working at Parrot Analytics. The team is authentic, kind, brilliant and dedicated to their roles. They've become my family and I will forever treasure the relationships I've built here. Our company culture values are strong and have been a key part of our success. Everyone's input is valued and anyone's ideas--regardless of role, experience, years at the company--has an opportunity to be considered. I've worked at several organizations in the past, and have never experienced anything quite like this. The work itself is challenging, exciting and fulfilling. Our clients are inspiring and smart people that work with purpose and want to bring data-driven decision making to the industry in optimal ways. Having the opportunity to craft solutions that have never been done, at a global level, alongside the industry's smartest is incredible.

All of the above said, working at Parrot isn't for everyone. If you are looking for a cookie cutter 9-5 job, unfortunately, isn't this company for you. Additionally, if you are looking for "easy" this isn't it. The work is challenging and will push you out of your comfort zone.
